What You’ll Do

As a leading Google Marketing and Cloud partner, Adswerve is a team of media and analytics veterans who believe smart marketing is built on data discovery.

Adswerve is looking for a Customer Journey Lead to join their Marketing team! This person will oversee leading Demand Generation and Customer Journey Analytics. This position will focus on building strong strategic relationships across the various teams in an effort to promote new client acquisition and revenue growth. While working with Sales and Marketing leadership on a combination of product, brand, market, and sales strategies, this role will coordinate new leads, field new business opportunities, and win new business. 

This is a high visibility, high impact role with high expectations for product evangelism (both internal and external), helping assist with sales, as well as serving as a subject matter expert across the Google Cloud landscape.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead Customer Journey optimisation including building solution demos, business discovery, and sales timelines and martech

  • Develop long-term next-generation innovation strategy and roadmap for Adswerve products and services.

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop Google Cloud focused campaigns and assets to support the objectives of GCP partner program.

  • Identify and maintain a portfolio of innovation opportunities

Who You Are

  • Strong experience with Google Customer Journey Analytics 

  • Expert level knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure strongly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of success, initiating and building complex partner initiatives from scratch to scale. Proven ability to build senior relationships and navigate external organizations.

  • Proven track record in a customer journey or business development

  • Experience presenting to and interacting with executive management and C-Suite and a proven track record of having led large projects and teams across complex scope and scale

  • Ability to think strategically, take a helicopter view and develop a compelling vision, but also be able to investigate problems when required – focus on impact and results

  • Capability to translate strategy into an operational roadmap with clear actions, and impactful results

  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills, especially on marketing and brand strategy

  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and evolve relationships

  • Experience contributing to marketing operations & process improvements
