What You’ll Do

As a Sales Program Manager, you will be part of the Marketing team and support the Business Development function, a team of over 100 sellers who source demand from greenfield accounts.

Role responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to improve MQL follow up performance.

  • Work closely with reps and management to improve customer communications.

  • Drive consistent execution across sales teams, ensuring accountability and action.

  • Ensure that outbound campaigns land effectively.

  • Shape next generation processes and tools, including how to leverage automation to drive consistency and scale communications.

You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job

  • Proven experience working with sales teams and influencing towards certain outcomes

  • Able to present compelling stories with data and gain trust and support from senior stakeholders

  • Independent self-starter who can prioritise and drive deliverables and execution 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

  • Exceptional project management skills and experience, including managing multiple internal stakeholders, agencies and multi-region projects
